Freedom I Package

Freedom I is for people who are successfully living independently in their homes but want a little more security. People who use this package have learned they can ease the concerns of family members who live at a distance using modern technology.

Lila says, "My wonderful children are in South Carolina, California, and Vancouver, but Maine is my home and where I feel most comfortable."

Gertrude adds, "I've lived on my own for more than 30 years. I like to socialize, but I'm comfortable living alone. With Elder Power video-calling, I see my family every week."

Ed now plays cribbage twice a week, has resumed going to church, and even goes to a movie with a new friend once or twice a month. His friends note a remarkable change.

• Deep Support Services ( transportation, errands, shopping, repairs, meal preparation, laundry, housekeeping) are available for $22/hour.

You have a personal member advocate to help you choose what you need.
