Freedom III Package
Freedom III members are having more trouble living independently but still want to remain at home. They need help with daily activities. They do not want to burden their families.
Their families express increased concern about their living alone. They feel more isolated.
Freedom III members often have some physical and memory limitations. They still want to remain active.
They also want to be involved with their community and where possible to volunteer to help others.
Freedom III offers more frequent contact with each member. It is our most advanced technology package which monitors the whole home with motion sensors.
It provides 2 cameras in different parts of the home to increase safety. Video spot checks are done by the ELDER POWER network 6 times/ day. Family members
as well as the ELDER POWER support team can 'see' and oversee the member using systems designed to learn a person's routine behavior and report on changes in
that behavior that can alert all to a potential problem. The member advocate visits weekly. Video calls are facilitated to family members. Additional support
is given to make sure the weekly planner, the monthly calendar, the social network, and the volunteering are used effectively. Your personal member advocate will help you choose what you need.
Al is most comfortable in his own home with his dog's companionship, even though he no longer drives and doesn't cook. Freedom III provides the added pieces.
Adele has significant dementia but functions well in her own home, and even still sews for a local assisted living facility. Freedom III supplements the family's
efforts. Rodney is no longer limited by his walker and excited to visit the farmers' market, the lake, and just go for rides on a nice day. Bobby and Sandy
